Group F should have some interesting results aside from the great likelihood that Brazil will win the group.  The toughest game for Brazil will definitely be their opening match against Croatia, who is currently the second favorite in Group F.  Considering the adequate amount of experience that Croatia has, not to mention they are a very solid team, a defeat to Brazil is not impossible.

Croatia's second game is up against Japan, who is currently the least favored team in this group.  Online betting forecasters think that the Japan team is weaker than they were four years ago, which may be attributed to the fact that most of Japan's players are based in domestic leagues, rather than some of the more competitive leagues in Europe.

The other team in Group F is Australia, which is a contender for finishing in second behind Brazil.  However, in order to beat Croatia, the Australian team is going to need to step up their defense.  In what may come down to goal differentials, the second place finisher in Group F is the biggest guess right now.  With the Croatian star, Hiddink, sitting on the bench, the Australian club definitely stands a chance at taking second, although the majority of betting forecasters are predicting Croatia to take it.

As for Brazil, they will still need to be on their toes, and not allow themselves to get overconfident.  Croatia can be quite the volatile force, which if unguarded, could be a lethal weapon against Brazil.
